DRootDx provides rootQ. rootQ processes account, clinic, patient-intake, clinical-workflow, security, billing, and integration information to provide and protect the service. Clinical information is disclosed only to the clinic, its authorized users, enabled integrations, and contracted service providers as necessary. rootQ does not sell clinical information. Contact the clinic responsible for the record for patient-record and privacy requests.

Contact DRootDx about billing, account closure, or Athena setup. Do not include patient information.

rootQ and VisitRoom are temporary workspaces. The clinic’s EHR remains the official medical-record repository.
